Set up simple TensorFlow neural network

WHAT

I have created word embeddings on some Thai vocabulary on word2vec using GenSim.

It's saved in the GenSim format.

I want a simple TensorFlow neural network set up to process the data.

I will provide x data (sentences in Thai), y data (a float number) and I want a simple neural network set up.

No need for any data pre-processing.

The model does not have to get any level of accuracy.

I simply need a TensorFlow NN set up so I can modify the NN myself.

HOW

I will provide you with a two csv files with x-data and y-data, and word2vec embeddings created using GenSim.

Create a neural network model in TensorFlow that creates a model that will output an y-value for a given Thai sentence.

The idea is similar to this, but much simpler:
