Simple Python script for a Plotly Chart

The deliverable is a Calendar heat map in Plotly Python which should be interactive(like displaying the numbers when hovered on the days).
The dataframe is just 2 columns of which one is Date and the other is number of people signed up for an event.
For any date range selected it should go back to previous 2months other than the month selected.
