I would like a python script that can get survey responses from SurveyMonkey, read an email address from one of the response fields, then update a custom merge field in MailChimp for that user. The field is numeric, so for each survey they complete, the field should increment by 25. The script has to be smart enough to know if that user has already received points for a particular survey. The surveys get filled out over time, so the script will be run more than once against the results from a single survey. I want to make sure a mailchimp user does not get duplicate points for the same survey. Maybe a small sqlite database would be good for keeping track of which users filled out which surveys.
