To whom this may concern. We are currently looking for a reliable company or individual to work on a very interesting. This project will potential last between 24 - 36 Months.
The project will be to design a Mall which has 2 floors and 100 unique shops

Please Note!!!
The pay will be divided and the chosen employee will be paid a maximum of $500 per month in the initial project, once project launches with can be renegotiated. we are only looking for serious people, people who can work to deadlines. you will also have to produce several renderings per week. the final output of thr 3d model will need to be FBX, which will be sent to the developer.
If we incur more than 2 consecutive problems, the contract will be cancelled.
