Venetian Macau Rendering

We need to create a 3D RENDERING of a Naples ballroom in Macau. We need to present to our client the rendering in order to have their approval to go on with the set design. As you can see in the attached file we would like to have a low water pool clear on sides (we need to see the water from all the sides) and two dragons shape backlighted on the sides. We need to recreate the atmosphere of Macau James Bond movie. Ideally we would need also a stage where the presenter can assign some awards to selected guests. Attached the table clothes and chair clothes selected by the client for the event. It's very urgent. We would need it by Monday December 8th 2014.
