Converting a FORTRAN code to Java class

The attached file ([url removed, login to view]) is a FORTRAN code. The FORTRAN code is relatively small (817 lines) and straight forward. Some of the comments are in German. I would like to get to get the code translated to Java. My aim is to run the code on Google App Engine in real-time to serve the science community.
