Script to Concatanate Excel data with User Interface

I need a macro that concatanates data in excel with the following requirements:

A user interface that allows me to:

- Select each column that I want concatanated

- Select a prefix or text to precede data for each columns

- Select a destination column where the information will be placed

- The script/macro only combines and adds prefix to data for cells that are not blank

- I need to be able to combine 12 columns at the same time

NOTE: WE WILL HAVE TO PROCESS A LARGE NUMBER OF ROWS WITH THIS SCRIPT. ANYWHERE FROM 1,500 TO 5,000 ROWS.

## Deliverables

The sample excel contains cells that are concatanated into the

**destination** cell. The prefixes for each cell are in the **comments field**.

Note: Cells that are empty are not concatanated and the prefix is not displayed
