Your job is to go to US Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) website, collect 500,000 or more 502(b) and (c) or Form D, transfer the data to the attached Excel Sheet. Then visit their websites and extract email addresses from there. I will guide you more in detail later on.
You may even have to call many of the companies to get the info if you can’t get it from their website. You can’t do this manually. This must be automated via script or codes.
Go to [login to view URL] website /edgar/search/# to get 506(b) Private Placement Form B data
Expand “More Search Option”; Then click on “Browse Filing Types”; Then scroll down a little bit until you see D; select “D” (Form D), then click on Filter.
On the right side you may change the range of Date.
Scroll down and click any one of the files. Then click on “Open Document”. Browse through this document very thoroughly and the attached Excel sheet with this post.
Number in the column of the Excel sheet correspond to the number in Form D of SEC
