NEED WRITERS FOR LONG TERM .25cents per 100words. URGENT!

Dear Providers,

I am looking for writers to work for me in addition to my team. 2-4 writers will be awarded by me once the positioned is filled. The writer must have a good grasp of English and posses a great grammar skills. The topics and types of articles may vary since they will come from different clients. The writer must be capable of doing FRESH and REWRITTEN articles. Below are my requirements:

- The articles must be 100% unique.

- The articles must be plagiarism free and able to pass copyscape 100% (i will check them using copyscape premium).

- The article must be error free from grammar and spelling. (i will not tolerate too much mistakes).

- You must be capable of providing minimum of 5-10 articles per day. (but most likely 10 is the best).

- You must adhere to the deadlines since this is one important factor (late submissions of work will not be paid).

- You must be available 6-7 days a week (7 days will be more appreciated).

- You must communicate to me at least 2-3 times a day if needed and must response to my email asap when being ask for updates of work.

- Payments will be done through GAF or PAYPAL. Escrow is available once your work is proven. (Paypal will be better since the client pays me that way).

- The payments procedure differs, it can be daily, weekly or after the assigned numbers pf articles are done but there is no such thing as monthly. This is depending to the client where you will be assigned or to the works that will performed.

- Native English speaker from US and UK have greater advantages. Although even if not from US or UK, you are still welcome to my team as long as you can prove your quality.

- I required all my writers to have a Gmail account for better communication and discussion. We also have a conference weekly where in all the writers can chat together with me in an one chatroom. This will ensure a great working relation and good bonding to the members of the team.

The rights of the articles will be transferred to me upon receiving and paid to you. You will not used them in any purpose such as sample etc...

The rates increase in accordance to your performance and an extra bonus is possible for excellent provider.

I require you to do a sample for me to attest your writing style and skills. The topic is "online jobs through freelance" make a short paragraph on it which can be 100 to 150 words. Bid without this sample will be ignored ( please copy and paste the sample on your PM and DO NOT attach it. Unless i require you to do so.
