We require 200 PR4, 100 PR5 and 50 PR6 or higher one way static links, broken down over 6 months with a spread of PR values each month.

This is for a UK location based games website

EXTERNAL LINKING RULES

1. Require One way links only (no reciprocal links will be accepted)

2. Links should contain the target keyword/keyword phrase (we will supply the target keyword/keyword phrase) as text in the link anchor text hyperlink in combination with the link description that we will also supply.

3. Link pages must be permanent and static (not dynamic with querystrings)

4. Links must be in text, no graphics

5. Links cannot be from framed pages

6. Links cannot be through a JavaScript

7. Links cannot be through a redirect script

8. Links cannot be on Flash sites or pages

9. Links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag

10. No links using any black-grey hat techniques of blog comment spam, referrer spam or any other shady tactic.

11. No link exchange programs or web rings such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc.

12. Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.

13. Linked sites must be in production and active. (Developed and not under construction).

14. One link per domain. All links must be from different Class-C IP addresses

15. High ranking sites verified by Alexa

16. No sites that require ongoing payments

17. No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.

18. No link from: guestbook’s, blogs, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or generally black hat sites.

19. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics

20. Links must not be labelled, sponsored, links, or ads;

21. Links must be manually submitted ONLY. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)

22. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.

23. Staggered deployment of the links is required to avoid any penalties. (Max 100 links per month)

24. Must send weekly updates of links.

25. Links must be on bachelor night, day trip, outdoor activity or related websites.

26. Link page should be from UK or US English language sites only

27. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, MSN and Yahoo within last 30 days.

28. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc

29. Links must be on pages with a maximum of 30 outbound links.

30. Link pages must relate to our website /relevant to topic.

31. Links must be in different text combination's.

32. Links must be listed/indexed in corresponding PR SITE and PAGE

33. Links should not be listed, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted).

34. No forums, directories, blog comment submissions, guestbooks or classifieds links.

35. Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. The old co-op advertising sites are no good as well.

36. The links must be from websites in the English language.

37. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.

DELIVERABLES

– Excel spreadsheet including the following columns and link data:

– Date link submitted

– Date link accepted

– Link URL (the URL of where our link is located)

– Page rank of the link URL

– Alexa rank of the link URL

– Type of link

– Anchor Text

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The winning bid will be broken down and paid monthly over the 6 months by paypal as the work is completed and verified. Verification of the URL, PR, IP Address, Category, and Anchor Text of the links will be done by us prior to releasing the funds (you must provide us with an Excel sheet as outlined above). We will require any links that do not meet ALL of the listed conditions above to be removed or replaced. (Any links that drop off over the 6 months will need to be replaced).

This project will start immediately. Let us know if you also do linkbuilding in other languages, as we need it for our German, French, Spanish and Portugese website as wel!
