Shopify - Default address form - Redirect

We are capturing user first name, last name and email address during the registration process. We need to capture the address as well.
To facilitate this, we need to redirect the user to Address form page as soon as they register. This should happen after the registration process is successful.
In the address form the user first name and last name should be pre-filled as it was already captured in the previous step.
