Social Media (FB & IG Ads) Manager + Post Content

I build tools for knife making. These forges, which heat up metal to be hammered on an anvil, are simply the best on the market. Several top experts in the field agree. However, I'm starting to lose market to cheaply made forges that don't perform nearly as well. I need good marketing to counter this, both with ads and FB/IG posts.
There are a lot of groups on FB, where people ask what kind of forge is best, which brand to buy. I need someone to post recommendations toward my brand in these cases.
This is a very small niche and seems like it should be easy to target effectively. However, I'm not a marketing genius. Looking for someone to assist with managing social media for my brand.
I also need someone who can create ads - edit the targeting - the copy - the ad image and etc.
You must be familiar with FB ads & IG ads
You must be familiar with the FB dashboard
You must be willing to learn
This will be an ongoing project for the next 6 months on a trial basis, possibly becoming permanent.
