(-) THE PROPERTY REGISTRATION: (In Portuguese)
You should be familiar with word press and mysql
Must be UTF8 enabled to be able to display foreign characters correctly.
The actual fields for this form is below (in Portuguese).
This form will be used by the reactor to register the property.
Registration form required fields:
Registration is for the owner use only (internal use)
Property registration should contain:
(codigo do imovel, (property id)
descricao do imovel, (property description)
vagas, (number of garage spaces)
endereco, (address)
dados do proprietario,
nome completo (full name)
telefone, (phone number)
e-mail, (email)
caractericas do imovel, (Property description)
tipos, (type of property (Apartamento, Casa, Cobertura, Sitio, Fazenda, Chacara)
fotos do imovel,(Realstate photos)
* valor do iptu,(type of tax amount)
* valor do condominio;(type of tax amount )
* These 2 Should not show up on the search results.
II-) THE PROPERTY SEARCH FIELD:
I willl enclose an attachment of what we want to the bid winner. It will be similar to this [url removed, login to view] with a few exceptions.
Search results should contain photo, a brief description of the property the price,
how many bedrooms, how many suites, how many bathrooms, how many garages, similar to [url removed, login to view]
This should probably show up on the main page. Or we are open to suggestions.
Our site is build using Word Press so it must integrated seamlessly.
