Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . I need someone to create a PDF file that contains a graph, and embedded fonts, as per the attached file.

At the moment we create this file in Freehand (old software version).

I would like to be able to create this using either a Mac, or via a tiny Amazon instance of any variety.

The graph has the following parameters that need to be changed via input fields:

2x data points per day (am/pm)

4 days in the graph (i.e. so 8 data points in the whole bar graph)

Each bar should be of a length in 0.5 increments (the length determined by the input value)

The bottom of each graph has an arrow. The direction of the arrow is related to the wind direction, which is also another input value (using any of the 16 compass readings i.e. N, NNW, NW, WNW etc). There are 8 input values in total.

The arrows need to be either red or blue in colour. Can be determined via an input value.

The number at the bottom of the graph is another input value (just text) - i.e. 8 in total

The letters at the bottom of the graph are also another input value (again, just text) - i.e. 8 in total

The days at the bottom of the graph are permanent (Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun)

Once all of the input values have been entered, the graph needs to be exported as a PDF file with embedded fonts, available for local download.

The look and feel of the graph needs to be very similar to what is in this graph, if not identical.
