Enable Ejabberd v17 to send push notifications to Apple Push Service

I need to enable the existing Ejabberd Server for Apple APNS messages to a custom build Messaging app on IOS. Work only covers configuration of Ejabberd server (mod_push)

Objective

When the client sends a message and the recipient is not online then ejabberd sends push to Apple APNS. APNS payload can be used standard one because client can be changed.
