Workshop time calculator (URGENT JOB) 1

We start up this excel project in a small scale. The excel sheet I attached looks very primitive and I want you to come up with a better solution that is graphically attractive and easy to use. You do for sure have better ideas than I have.

I want all the calculations of fabrication times to be visible on the total fabrication time page. That page or function is located in the end.

step 1. The operator should be made aware that it is his responsibility to give the right input data. If possible I would like to have a login.

Step 2. Five mandatory selections need to be made from the lists.

Cutting- the customer just fills in the length. The speed will come automatically from the table depending on the thickness. If the selected thickness requires preheating-60 min will be added automatically. The list which shows if preheating is needed should not be visible. It should be possible to give an individual cutting speed

Welding-The customer just fill in the length and number of passes. The selected thickness will give the required preheating time, if there is any need. The list which shows that preheating is required should not be visible. It should be possible to fill in an individual cutting speed.

Bending-The customer just fills in the number of bends and time for tool exchange. The text press brake or rolling bending explains that it is the same time consumption for both options.

Total fabrication time: Here all the selected steps should be visualized with a picture and the operation time. The total operation time should also be summed up.

N.P: The lenght is not required to fill in. It does not affect the time. The thickness determines if preheating is required. If you exceeds a certain thickness it will generate one hour of preheating.

We can remove the lenght fill in.
