I would like to hire a Software Developer

I am trying to change my wordpress site to a mobile friendly theme.

The theme (which is not mobile friendly) it is the Blacker Theme I have, I like the header, so I want to keep that, then I found a theme that I like (which is mobile friendly - interior design pro) for everything else on the website, but I do not know how to match them up. I also want to add my facebook page posts and a blog that I can update like facebook.
