Excel- Matching/Extracting Data

We will have two sheet in an excel file - The first sheet will have a column with SKUs, and a second column with our internal item numbers - The second sheet will have a column with SKUs, and a second column with prices I need a script or Macro that does the following: 1) Clean the data on both files to remove non-printable characters 2) Change all data to lower case 3) Go through SKUs on sheet 2, and find an exact match for SKUs on sheet 1 5) Once a match if found, place the corresponding price in column 3 of sheet 1 Please see sample file for content of sheet 1 and 2.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
