Need Xojo code to get next task from database for recurring task

I am looking for a Xojo developer who can write code to retrieve the next task from a SQLite database for a recurring task. The project involves the following:
Database: SQLite
- The code should be able to connect to and retrieve data from a SQLite database.
Task Complexity: Moderate
- The task retrieval process should be able to handle moderately complex tasks.
Task Actions: Open to Suggestions
- Once the task is retrieved, the code should be able to perform specific actions based on the task. I am open to suggestions on what actions to perform.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Xojo programming language.
- Experience working with SQLite databases.
- Ability to handle moderately complex task retrieval processes.
- Creative thinking and ability to suggest suitable actions for the retrieved tasks.
I want to have task records in the database. I am including basically what fields/columns it needs to have. You don't need to create anything like a form, just manually enter data. I need a query or process that will retrieve the next task that needs to be done. So it will look at all the records in the database table and based on start and end date, and recurrence, and possibly day of week, day of the month, etc give me the date and description of the next task. It does not need to do anything with the Time, just the date.
On my screen shot you will see the record could be set to occur daily, monthly, yearly (that's the Time Period dropdown). I think the easiest might be to loop thru all the records in the table where today's date is between the start and end date, and put all generated occurrences in a temp table, and then just simply select the first record, but I'm open to how you do it. Do note the # which says to do the task on the last day of the month.
