Need someone to write the technical specifications for my mobile app

Hi, I need someone who's experienced in writing Technical specifications for mobile apps. My app " Crème VIP" is already in the app store and i'm looking to update it and make it more efficient. .a good project specification can help the developers/designers understand exactly what i'm looking for. If you don't any experience or similar work to show me...please don't bother applying. This is very specific and i will only someone who can communicate in english well and knows what they are doing.

I have all the background and info needed to complete it...just need a writer and someone to make some basic wireframes. Im looking for :

1. Introduction

The introduction should include the purpose, scope, definitions, technologies to be used, the timeframe for product delivery, budget. The introduction should describe what the specification consists of and explain how the specification is organized.

2. Overall Description

Include such items as product perspective, product functions, user characteristics, constraints, assumptions and dependencies, and requirements subsets.

3. Specific Requirements

This section should contain all the software requirements to a level of detail sufficient to enable designers to design a system to satisfy those requirements, and testers to test that the system satisfies those requirements.

4. Supporting Information

It includes: a) Table of contents, b) Index, c) Appendices.

5. Concerns / Queries / Doubts if any:

Here you list any question and doubts concerning your project, and technologies that you use.
