What we do is

find property owners and managers that have residential properties in the U.S. that have vacancies and we coordinate with the government services to arrange to place homeless veterans in these vacant units. Basically, we have found the properties, made an arrangement for payment with the owners once a lease is signed, and then we send the veterans over with the governmental officers to see the units and finalize the leases.

What has been happening is that we have the "deal" all done, but what is needed is someone to follow up and keep after the parties involved to finalize and close. So there is no selling involved - that is already done. The leases can be signed quickly - this is not a complicated process. The program aims to be doing 100 a month across the nation so there is a strong potential. We need someone to work on a commission basis to just follow up and keep after the parties involved so that the deals close. We need someone who can be persistently following up in a polite, professional manner.
