Instant minimalism song-form designer (max patch/ max for live / mobile app)

I am looking for a max msp programmer or max for live , or mobile app, to create a sample player that allows note addition and subtraction (and possibly note omission) of a sample of music (e.g. 2 bars in length / 8 notes) .
I already have 20 loops of music, each loop consists of 8 notes, we will call these Main riffs. The user can then choose how this sample will be played out over time, with the click of a few buttons. Example, user selects 86 notes for length of piece, and they want the main riff to play out 4 notes 2 times, then 5 notes times 2, then 6 notes 2 times, 7 notes, 2 times , 8 notes 2 times, 7 notes 1 time, 6 notes 1 time, 5 notes 1 time, 4 notes 2 times .
