Modify a little flash file

I use a template for my wordpress website :

The text in the home flash animation in the center is without accent.

The language is the french. So I need accent ? ? ? ? ' ? ...

I asked to the support service how must I do.

They sent me the answer but I need using flash editor but I don't have.

Could you do that for me please.

You have in the zip file :

- the flash files

- the response of the support service
