Video Editor for Social Network Promotions

I am looking for a video editor that will be able to help me with many videos in the 2017 and 2018 year. For the right candidate and the right price, weekly jobs would be provided on a consistent basis in 2018.
I am looking for somebody who can go thru my content and create high level marketing videos to promote my company. I will provide/upload the content, and will need videos between 15-30 seconds.
Video is taking over social media and overpowering the need for static images. I am looking for an editor that can help me keep up with the curve without going over my budgets.

However, it will say a different name for the social network, and different clips that I will provide once hired.
This is a test project to find a good fit for all future projects. If you are a good fit, please include previous samples of video work for me to refer to, that include features such as animaation (such as the heart in the sample video link above), unique typography (words appearing on video such as this: [login to view URL]) etc. Please also include your cost per hour, and the hours needed to complete this project.
