Job Title: Freelance Virtual Assistant for Email and Invoicing Management

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated freelancer to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. The primary responsibilities include managing emails using Mailchimp, creating professional-looking emails, and handling the production and sending of invoices/receipts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset who is looking to contribute to the efficient operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

Email Management:

Proficient use of Mailchimp for creating and managing email campaigns.

Create clean and professional-looking emails to engage our audience.

Monitor and respond to emails promptly during business hours (9 am - 5 pm GMT).

Invoicing and Receipts:

Produce and send invoices and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.

Receive initial training for creating and sending invoices.

Self-Motivated Work:

Work independently and demonstrate the ability to stay motivated without constant supervision.

Undertake tasks such as creating invoice ledgers and actively contribute to process improvement.

Provide suggestions to enhance business management and efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in email management using Mailchimp.

Previous experience in virtual assistance roles.

Familiarity with creating professional invoices.

Availability:

Must be available during 9 am - 5 pm GMT (UK time) for communication and task completion.

Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to produce accurate work.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for ledger creation.

Self-Motivated:

Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

Demonstrated drive to contribute positively to business operations.
