ASP.net 2.0 VB GridView that connects data

ASP.net 2.0 (Visual Basic .NET 2005)

GridView will be pasted into an .aspx web page

Data tables are located on a MS SQL database

The GridView needs to connect data from different data tables. The database contains 3 tables. The GridView will connect info from 2 tables, and store the matched data in the third table.

DropDownList are needed in the GridView because the database has many rows of info. Sample data and a more detailed explanation is provided in the attached .aspx web page.

Nothing needs to be bound to the database. I will do that after the GridView is set up.

This GridView does not need any formatting or artistic flair. Just deliver the .aspx page and the VB code-behind so that the GridView can be inserted into the web site. Please use descriptive names. Please include relevant instructions for inserting this into the web site (such as where to put the code).

Any other instructions will be appreciated (such as connecting to the database).
