excel program optimization

Last year we made ourself a program to calculate an offersheet. The company is growing and that program was made with lot of sentences that make it really big and slow to manage. The offersheet is about 4mb and we know that an experience programmer will optimize it to weight less than 1 mb.
Besides that we want to make some changes, they wont be too many changes and we can coperate to do them.
