System Administrator - Expert in ESXi and VMs

We need someone to take full-time responsibility for our servers for one of our clients in the UK and the candidate should be willing to work in the UK shift. Please check the Job Description below before applying:
Responsibilities
• Install and configure Server, VMs and updating software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Develop and Implement Network Maintenance Standard Operating Procedure
• Diagnose and Repair Hardware and Network Malfunctions
• Develop and Implement Network Security Strategy
• Keep Upper Management Informed with Regular Reports
• Build an internal resource with technical documentation, manuals and videos
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
• Working knowledge of VMWare and ESXi eg creating a VM and installing Operating Systems (OS) from the scratch.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
• Knowledge of PRTG or other network monitoring tools
• Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
• Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
• Ability to create scripts in SQL or other language (experience with scripting and automation tools).
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Knowledge of PRTG or other network monitoring tools
• Excellent communication skills
• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
