Intergrate APIs for an existing booking system to take online bookings

Hi, I'm looking for a web developer to deal with integrating the APIs for our new booking system into the existing website. It's not something I'm familiar with and looking for someone to handle that side of it for me. The booking system developer sent the following email: "Hi Stuart, I have attached a little documentation to get you started on the API calls to do online casual and block bookings. Initially I have not added everything to the documentation as there are a lot of different API calls. and I appear to have lost the original documentation when I joined Goals. I will try to get this. You can use the API key OA0uhNt9%A which will work in UAT and you will need to make sure to use BranchID 2 which is Wembley. The Base URL for UAT testing is https://api.uat.goalsfootball.co.uk. Once you are able to get this working then we can progress to allowing web members (create, login, manage), Web enquiries, saved card details so the customer does not have to re-enter their details for new bookings, online kids parties, online coaching, Results, Fixtures, Tables, Player payments, Payment and booking history. There are a lot of APIs. I also have an API proxy which contains libraries to make it easier if you are making your calls from within a .net environment. Let me know if you want that. For doing any payments you will need to use the credit card details as provided by cardstream which you can find here Test Cards – Cardstream You should also be able to view some simple auto generated online documentation on the following url.
