extract mastodon ID's from twitter profiles

I need a tool to find interesting matching mastodon entities to follow given a specific topic as input. I want you to create a tool to assist that.
The tool should work the following way:
Input is a search keyword word (a hahstag ) or a twitter profile. The tool finds matching tweets and profiles and followers of these profiles or followers of follwers or following entries of these profiles up to a configurable deepness level.
The tool then looks through profile texts of all these twitter profiles and extracts their bio and searches for mastodon ID's in them. Either as URL like https://<some-mastodon-host>/@nickname or as reference like @nickname@<some-mastodon-host. You collect these ID's and additional info if available such as language, city, country, the path it was linked with the original etc and produce a nice output (CVS text file, Excel or MySQL database entries).
The tool must run under MacOS X and/or linux. Can be scripting language or a compilable application in C or Objective C if you want to use a library for the twitter API (Objective C environment under Linux can be provided)
