I want a site very similar to www.trackpicks.com.
The coder must understand the operation and purpose of such a site.
It must have a comprehensive and easily searchable database for different sports and time periods.
It must have odds from a sportsbook imported and updated frequently (at least hourly) for major
North American sports (NFL, College Football, NBA, College Basketball, MLB, Hockey).
Visitors may search and view handicappers records by sport and time period, and have the option
to purchase pick packages. If a purchase is made it will go through Paypal, and that process
must be set up. Handicappers can register and make picks. Picks will be displayed on the
handicappers page a half hour after each pick (game)starts.
The entire process (signups, payments) must be automated.
I will supply the text for the site, but the logo, banners, graphics, colors, and layout will
be up to the coder. Everything must be top quality, clean looking and professional. I do not
want to micro-manage every decision. Understand what [login to view URL] does and duplicate its
features in a visually pleasing way.
