Assessment Template

We are a Registered Training Organisation and require a document template to be designed for our assessment tools. This assessment template needs to allow our staff to work within the template to have fields that can be used to "outline the unit being assessed" and then to have fields to write the "assessments questions". The template will also need to allow for the "sample answers" to be written into a field for answers under each question in the same assessment document by the author of the assessment document. We would like to be able to hide the answers when the document is to be printed so the printed document can be used to give to students to hand write the answers in the answer field. This document will need to be in Word format for the 2013 Microsoft version. Pls note template example attached.... where we would like fields for the trainer to populate data, I have entered "{ }" symbols
