Carousel JavaScript for a website

I need some work done on a couple of carousels I have in a website. Here is a link:

The two carousels need to be Responsive.
The first one under "Partners" doesn't collapse correctly in mobile screens. It also doesn't scale for mobile.
The second one under "Clients" needs to show 3 logo images at once but move between one logo at a time. (Like this: [login to view URL]). Also, the Previous||Next Buttons trigger the Scroll javascript making the page move to a different menu item. It shouldn't do that.
