Migrate a full Site from Vollusion to Magento

Project Overview:
We've acquired an operational webstore hosted on a Vollusion Platform and would like to migrate the whole store (catalog and all) to our Magento Server.
Project Details:
1. Install new Magento Instance on our Server
2. Install our pre-selected Themeforest Theme
3. Migrate all static pages from existing site (about us, contact us, terms, privacy, etc.)
4. Migrate Product Catalog and Images
5. Install SSL
6. Configure Payment Gateway (migrate existing gateway)
7. Provide Support for Graphic Art deployment (we'll give you the art for the new site, you'll need to manage the deployment)
8. Minor CSS tweaks to theme (just basic color stuff)
9. Configure Homepage Slider
10. Test, debug, troubleshoot to "Live Store" status
Estimated Time to Completion:
This is pretty straight forward for a magento expert, so we're calling it 5 to 10 hours
