Serious Web Design on a WP Template

This is a very involved project that requires a highly skilled website developer who knows Wordpress very well. I am open to changing CMS, but only if you provide a truly convincing argument. I already have a working WP template but need to customize it dramatically with new features. In general, I need the following:
- Online Store Element
- Interactive Map Feature
- User Login and Upload Abilities
I have a very detailed list of my vision which I will share with potential candidates. I am very focused on having a user-generated and interactive site, so if you do not have experience in this skill, this project is not for you. Please note that I will want to check your previous work and potentially speak to past employers.
There's a lot to accomplish, but I am willing to pay for quality work.
