Create review list and add extra button. -- v3

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. create a review list and allow customer enter review for the review list in the following page:

(the following No. 2 design is tentative, and will be changed later when I can come up with better idea…. Or please propose your design….)

2a. Add button for "Arrange pick up at Sydney Warehouse"

2b. When above button is clicked, navigate to /pickup-cart page ([login to view URL]) , and add the following Auto Close Date Picker and Default TimePicker range to the /pickup-cart page:

put the review list between the footer and the Signup box in the attached [login to view URL] file - this is for task No. 1.

I also attached the [login to view URL] file for task No.2
