Give My Website a Makeover

I have a working webapp and very simple website that I am looking to give a makeover.
An understanding of python and how it interacts with our site will be necessary to make sure you aren't breaking anything. But otherwise this is completely about a cosmetic makeover for our site.
There is one main page with 3 forms and a submit button, 1 confirmation page that is generated when the submit button is pressed and 3 additional pages of only text.
Ideally we would also implement a CMS so that we can make simple changes to the website on an ongoing basis.
At the end of this project you will deliver a functioning graphically updated website and a content management system or solution for regular updates on our own.
