Tweaks to Big commerce website ( cournerstone theme)

We are setting up an online store on Bigcommerce using the cournerstone light theme. There are some categories showing in the nativgation menu in the header that i only want to show in the footer. We also want product that are sold out to show a sold out tag on them. (See images attached)
Lastly the domain name is currently with shopify, we want this transferred over to Bigcommerce (this can not be completed untill after the 14th of August)
