I want my website re-designed with a cool fresh look and with widgets. I will provide a screenshot of what I want.
Look at the website in the screenshot. That is what I want. I need the blocks in the middle to be RSS and the widgets on the sidebar to fully work. I will need to be happy with work and then I can release the rest of the money. Please do not askt for me to release money, if job has not been completed and has not been fully tested.

MOST IMPORTANTLY I want the news to be shown as per users BROWSING HISTORY. For example, if I have been looking in past at the BBC news, or digitalpoint forums……there will be news about these sites. I will not be doing the posting myself, you have to somehow come up with how this can be done. I don’t know if it is RSS or what? Your job is to find out how this can be done and what we have to do to get this result. Which sites can news be taken etc etc. ~All I want is for news to be automatically be posted somehow, with the users browsing history.
Please look at the exact website I want done. I will attach another image which I have roughly drawn to show what I am looking for.
I want the sidebar to be widget ready ….please have a look at the drawing that I have attached. You will have a more clear understanding.
These need to all be enabled and disabled through admin of wordpress.
