Adobe air application

Hello I'd need to receive an very rought estimation, that is a general idea of the cost to develop an Adobe Air Application.

The client is a company that run survays collecting statistics for other companies.

He would like to develop an application that the visitors of his web site can download and install on their computer.

-The application would allow the visitor to stay in touch with the company. In short the application would allow the client to communicate to visitors informing them about new survays, new prizes, etc.

-The application should be cross-platform working on both mac and pc

-The app will be in italian language. We will give italian text.

-The job would also requires from you:

--a creativity work that is the GUI graphic design with unlimited changes until the client is satisified. The client asks also to create some kind of graphic mascotte

--Full project management

--Quality assurance (debugging)

The app should include:

- a button/link to his main website.

- a button/lnk linked to his survay website application. The client should be able to change the text used by button/link to invite the visitor to partecipate to the survay.

-an area where to show latest news (text and images)

-another area where to show some text and images (not clear yet)

-the gui graphic should have some animation: 1) when the app is launched 2) when is closed 3) when is working (in the above example the mascotte eyes blinks)

-periodically (ie each monday) the app should automatically remind the visitor about some task to accomplish (I guess like a bubble o popup warning) decided by the client.
