Neteller Integration for WooCommerce

I need professional to create the integration of means of payment with Neteller API for WooCommerce. (WC 2.5.1)

Essential knowledge and Plugins WooCommerce Integration with payment gateway.

The integration works with an App that uses a Client ID and a Secret Key and these data integration will be provided for the freelancer winning project.

The installation of this integration must be carried out with plugin and have your configuration tab containing the features of the Gateway tab, so it can be integrated into any store WooCommerce.

Delivery of the work must be accompanied with a document easy to understand installation, because the keys are being used in the testing environment and upon approval will be changed to the production of keys.

They will not be provided access passwords to our wordpress and WooCommerce, or the gateway environment, and should function tests be monitored online or by Teamviewer, or performed in a test only WooCommerce.
