Assign Discord Roles according to Wordpress Memberships

We have a membership website on Wordpress that utilizes Memberpress plugin. We have a community discord that has roles for different memberships. We need to be able to automate the process between a member signing up on the website and then having a role assigned in discord.

The reverse needs to happen when a membership expires.

Open to discussing a set rate or hourly rate
