Create a Wordpress Forms Generator with a Backend and a Frontend

This is what I need. Read it all so you know what I need before making an offer:
* Create a plugin with a backend forms generator. This will have a temp Admin menu and inside that menu will have a Forms menu and a Add new menu.
* In the Forms menu, it will show a table with all the features as any WordPress table (Search, inline checkbox, Bulk Action, different Filters, etc). The table will show these columns:
• Name
• Slug
• Crop
• Area
• Page
• shortcode
* The new form button (and the edit) must show a simple but effective WYSIWYG form-like page. The page will be divided into two areas/columns. The left area/column will be used to program the form and edit the properties of the fields. It will have 3 tabs (Form Settings, Add Fields, Field Options). The right area/column will be used for the actual view of the form. Very similar to how WpForms create the forms. {Picture 1}
* On the left side where you create the form the user will be able to select between 1, 2 or 3 columns. Also, will add the Name, Slug, Shortcode, Select the Crop and Area from the Terms and Taxonomy table.
* The Add Fields, I want that the user can Drag and Drop the fields from the list of items similar to the drag and drop of the Ninja Forms. {Picture 2}{Picture 3}
* The fields options will depend on each of the different form fields and will be stored in the Fields Table. {Picture 4}
* I wish also that each of the field options has a help button with a popup hover text. This text will also be stored in the Fields Table. {Picture 5}
* The fields and options that can be pick from the Add Fields are but not limited to (The options that I’ll add here are extra to the obvious options like name, required, placeholder if apply, default value, etc)

* The Fields Table will have these columns

Frontend:
* The forms will be created using the shortcode and all of them will have a submit button
* In the form url must have the possibility to add a recId parameter to pull information from that particular record based on the recId column.
* Each single record will be recorded in the database as one row/record/line per each field in the form with the id of the record. Like this
* Any changes to a current record must be recorded also in a separate Transaction History Table
