Mailchimp RSS Email Template

We need a MailChimp template that uses RSS feed to generate a daily email with our latest posts.
The design is simple (we've attached an exact example of what we want it to look like).
It goes like this:
Header
First RSS post
Ad block
Additional RSS posts
Footer
We need the featured image to be included for each post (just like in the example attached.)
We're also looking to have this done as soon as possible, so please let us know what the turnaround time would be.
