We are a web agency and a team of wordpress experts.. we are expanding our team looking for a experienced WordPress developer 4+ Yrs around 6 developers to join full-time. No UI/UX only Developer.
We need solid developers who can create and customize plugins, build plugins and web applications which will interact with api's. You should be familiar with popular WordPress plugins and have experience in customizing them...
I want you to answer these questions, if not your bid will be rejected.
1) Available during 10Am – 6Pm IST (All our teams are in India)
2) Ok to use our time tracking tool, it will also take webcam shots along with screenshots ?
4) Be available to jump on calls instantaneously, all calls are video calls
5) i'm looking for developers with hourly rate < $8/hr - This will be a hrly job
6) Are you an agency or a freelancer?
7) Share 3 of your best customization work in wordpress ? Have you built any plugins, ? share example and Give me a list of popular WordPress plugins you have customized
8) All work goes through GIT (Bit-bucket), - you don't have to know but as long as you can learn before starting work on project. (Will tutorials)
You will be working with multiple teams, so communication is important. I'm not talking abt your English. Its ok if its not great. but you need to be able to do VOICE communication and be responsive to messages and when needed.
If we shortlist you, next step
1) Paid code test for $35. The work will take about 6-7 hrs. Test should be taken and submitted in 1 day, any day but in a single day.
2) To submit the test you will have to create an account in bitbucket and submit. ( Details will be shared for shortlisted )
