Circle (Balloon) Animation

I want animation of the colored circle within fixed area. Color and number of circle over screen must be managed via XML

I want this need to be appear via xml, their sizes and numbers will be random but color will be fixed which set from XML.

These circles need to be keep moving over screen and once they touch each other then real time effect need to be appear means any of the ballons squeezed little bit, before they bounce back.

Also once some one click on circle then the same color circle become big and after a 3 seconds will closed automatically. Once circle will open then each circle display different-2 information which need to be appear from xml file. Also the closing time also be managed from xml.

All the design and colors required to use will be provided..Also I will advise the xml format as well.
