web2.0 full css web designer

Hello,

I am looking for a experienced web designer who knows web2.0, xhtml,css,usability interfaces.

This project is for creating original web templates with logos.

The requirements are:

1) FULL original designs

2) web pages for new comer search engine site.

3) simple and clear usability interface design as a result of heavy considerations.

4) all the text and elements are placeholders.(no texts from me)

5) 8 pages

[search form & results]

[search options]

[login]

[register]

[preferences]

[help] include scalable topics with navigations

[help topics]

[list page for payment transactions(page with table designs)]

All these pages are very important.

6) css+xhtml

7) simple and light weight designs which can be used for ANY websites.(no one dislike design)

8) original 3 different domain logos.

9) all the copyrights to me.

10) just implementations are not enough.

heavy considerations for simple and distinct interfaces are needed.

11) mockup is needed to choose your service.

12) use div ids: 'header' 'footer' 'wrapper' 'pagebody' and others(you can define).

13) text oriented web design.(main backgrounds are white and graphic images are used mainly for logos,icons...)

14) escrow after I can see something.

15) escrows will be dvided and released to the completed levels.

16) DETAILS are important for this web desgin.

17) usability desgin.

18) simple but distinct design.

19) form buttons use images.(pls send me button background images too)

20) all the materials to me.(logo...)

Just copying from existing tempaltes are not acceptable.
Mockup is needed to choose your service.
I may be very strict to design.
The budget include such mockup building.
