What i would like is someone to explain to me rss . u can do this several ways like bye sending it me on a dvd or much prefered way is wrap it up in a win war file and email it me. I have tried this once before but got ripped of did not know about escow . i use it all the time now . i will be hopeing for someone who knows about headinjury to understand that it will take me some time to remember . so i need it prefered sent to me in a vedio please.i would like it typed as well so it comes on the screen so i can see what to type as well as hear . what i am asking for is a program like yahoo to read it i am sure there are many more.i dont understand how they work . so take it slow please. The next thing is insert them into a web page . dont have a clue about that. like a little side panel .what i want to know is how to splite a page with in xsite pro. need some explaining again. i know how to upload it the site with xsite pro .
