Anum finished this job according to the directions. There were several delays to the job and communication issues--however because I cannot directly attribute these to his own responsibility or mine, I've given him a excellent rating. When, after his 24 hour cancellation period was expired, he realized the job was bigger than he was interested in taking on, he went ahead and finished it anyway so that he could keep his good rating. His ability to stick to a job and complete it, even though he really didn't want to, shows good character.
