My name is Brian, I have been working in the call center industry for almost 5 years. I was a Technical Support Representative with AT&T for almost 3 years then I got promoted to a Subject Matter Expert after a year. I handled 15 to 20 agents and conduct coaching to acknowledge their strengths and provide feedback and action plan for their weaknesses.
I was with other accounts such as BioWare (EA Games) and Earthlink Cable Internet Service as a Level 2 Technical Support Representative that handles Technical Concerns via Phone, Chat and Email.
I was a Customer Service Representative with Optus Mobile for almost 2 years and handled Small and medium business customers for account and billing concerns. I support customer via inbound and outbound phone calls, chat and email.
For my freelancing career, I was an Order Processor for a sales website that has different channels such as Amazon, Sears and Ebay. I am in charge of processing and tracking orders and send emails to vendors. I use tools like Magento and Trackvia for this job, I was also a Billing Director for an Insurance company located in Florida. I handled commercial and workers compensation accounts.
I have 2 desktop computers, 1 laptop as backup . My internet connection is 7 Mbps+ for download and 10mbps+ for upload,I am reliable, responsible, gives attention to details, requires minimal supervision and will give 100% Satisfaction to jobs given to me by my clients.
