Good day, My name is Brian, I have been working in the call center industry for almost 5 years. I was a Technical Support Representative with AT&T for almost 3 years then I got promoted to a Subject Matter Expert after a year. I handled 15 to 20 agents and conduct coaching to acknowledge their strengths and provide feedback and action plan for their weaknesses.
